Region: Gloucester & Welsh Border Region (Projects based from Gloucester northwards)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full project lifecycle management of land remediation projects
  • Liaison with main contractors and stakeholders
  • Effective commercial, programme & HSEQ management
  • Management of site teams and subcontractors
  • Regular site visits & project inspections
  • Reporting progress to the company's owners/directors
  • Ensuring compliance with remediation methodologies and safety standards
  • Travel across the region (accommodation & expenses covered)

Requirements:

  • Project Manager, Contracts Manager or experienced Site Manager ready to step up
  • Black or Gold CSCS Card + SMSTS
  • Proven experience managing remediation, groundworks or civil projects
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos in soils & contaminated land
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
  • Experience working alongside Tier 1/2 Main Contractors
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • (Experience in the remediation sector is essential)
