A leading contractor is looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a high-profile construction project. This is a site-based, hands-on role, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met and driving a strong safety culture.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Project Safety Manager.
- Working alongside an office-based Safety Advisor.
- Site-Based Role – Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
- Engaging with teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Identifying risks, implementing best practices, and ensuring site-wide adherence to H&S regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong on-site presence with a confident, self-assured approach.
- Previous experience in a similar Safety Advisor role OR an ex-Site Manager who moved into H&S.
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to enforce authority when needed.
- NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
