A leading contractor is looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a high-profile construction project. This is a site-based, hands-on role, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met and driving a strong safety culture.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Project Safety Manager.
  • Working alongside an office-based Safety Advisor.
  • Site-Based Role – Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Engaging with teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Identifying risks, implementing best practices, and ensuring site-wide adherence to H&S regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong on-site presence with a confident, self-assured approach.
  • Previous experience in a similar Safety Advisor role OR an ex-Site Manager who moved into H&S.
  • Excellent communication skills – must be able to enforce authority when needed.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
