We’re working with a growing contractor that genuinely values its people. This isn’t the type of business where you become 'just another number'. With a strong pipeline of secured residential projects, they’re looking for an experienced Internals Manager to join the team and help deliver large scale schemes from first fix through to handover. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being heavily involved onsite, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team to keep works moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

As Internals Manager, you’ll oversee the day to day running of internal fitout works on a large residential development. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage quality onsite, and ensure works are progressing in line with programme. You’ll be involved from drylining and first fix stages right through to project completion, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.

  • SMSTS qualified
  • Commutable to Henley on Thames
