We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering skills to join a Renewable Energy/ Sustainability project team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of renewable energy systems, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, hydrogen and other green energy technologies.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide electrical and mechanical engineering expertise to support project teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in renewable energy engineering.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, progress reports, and technical evaluations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, builders, and other stakeholders to integrate renewable energy systems into new and existing structures.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in renewable energy technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and experience requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years\’ experience in renewable energy projects, with a strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and renewable energy simulation software.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in renewable energy engineering, project management, or related fields an advantage.
