Your role as a Contracts Manager will include:

Overseeing and managing the delivery of demolition projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Leading the coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.

Travel to client sites.

Product training

The Successful Contracts Manager Will Have:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the demolition, construction, or related sectors.

Extensive knowledge of demolition regulations, health and safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

A full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
