Our client is looking for a quantity surveyor to work on high-profile projects including major new build industrial plants. You’ll manage project costs and contractual relationships from mobilisation through to final accounts. You’ll also mentor juniors and play a key role in shaping project success aligned with client goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on exciting projects, earn well and progress throughout their career.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement, subcontract valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts preparation
- Review designs for cost implications and identify value engineering opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
- Product training
- Level 8 Quantity Surveying degree or higher
- 3+ years’ relevant experience with subcontractor and client management
- IT skills
- Full UK driving license
- Commutable to Essex
