The Role
Due to continued growth and demand from our clients, we are expanding our team in Harrow, Middlesex. We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction Desk, focusing on placing high-calibre white-collar professionals on both freelance and permanent contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for freelance and permanent placements within the construction and engineering sectors.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging with top-tier professionals across civil engineering, concrete frame, groundworks, and M&E disciplines.
- Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business.
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Staying up to date with market trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the white-collar construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of the freelance and contract job market within construction and civil engineering.
