Overview:
Our client a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor are partners in a framework to build-out national grid infrastructure through long-term collaborative delivery.
Now hiring a Project Manager/Director to lead delivery of high-voltage infrastructure and transmission projects. The role is based in the Midlands & East and involves managing large-scale civil and electrical works over several years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee safe, timely, and budget-aligned project delivery.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage mobilisation, planning, cost/resource forecasting, and subcontractor procurement.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with quality, commercial, and HSE standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile:
- Senior leadership experience on major civil engineering projects, previous HV transmission an advantage.
