Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join the team on a prestigious hotel project in London.
You will coordinate the delivery of Mechanical & Electrical services, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all M&E services from design through to commissioning and handover.
- Review drawings, technical submittals, and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve coordination issues.
- Monitor progress, quality, and programme of M&E installations.
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Building Regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an M&E Coordinator, MEP Coordinator, or Building Services Coordinator.
- Experience delivering commercial or hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical qualification is desirable.
