Our client are seeking an experienced HSQE Advisor to join a major rail/civil engineering project based in North London. This is a site-based role on a high-profile project, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work with a dedicated and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental matters on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE procedures and documentation.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and training sessions to ensure a safety-first culture.
- Investigate and report on any incidents or near-misses, identifying corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote a positive HSQE culture.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar HSQE role, ideally within rail or civil engineering projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HSQE legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
