ICDS Group is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant & Resourcer with full training provided in the Construction, Mechanical & Electrical sectors, recruiting for large-scale and complex construction projects. Our core markets include high density residential, commercial, data centres, pharmaceutical, biomedical, and hospital developments across the UK and Europe.
The Role
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment delivery across Construction, M&E disciplines.
- Working with Tier 1 contractors, specialist subcontractors, and developers.
- Managing client relationships and candidate networks within technically complex project environments.
- Supporting permanent and contract recruitment assignments.
About You
- Demonstrable desire to gain recruitment experience within M&E construction.
- Third level qualification in business related sector or similar.
- Commercially driven with a consultative approach.
- At least one year’s experience in a recruitment environment.
