We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering large scale residential and commercial developments across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to join a big yet family run contractor known for its strong project pipeline and people first culture. Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a major residential development.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take the lead onsite and oversee the successful day to day delivery of the project, reporting into a Contracts Manager. You’ll work closely with the wider construction, commercial and design teams to ensure the programme runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the site
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors
  • Coordinating programme and project activities
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Leading site meetings and maintaining strong communication across the project
  • Supporting planning, logistics and project reporting
  • Maintaining quality standards and site documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering large scale residential construction projects
  • Experience working for a main contractor preferred
  • Commutable to Epsom
