As part of this continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their UK delivery team.
The Role
This is a key position within the Project Delivery Team, working alongside the Project Manager and commercial team.
You will manage and coordinate the design process from preconstruction through to completion.
You will oversee design coordination on projects typically ranging from £20m to £100.
The role involves close engagement during preconstruction, reviewing tender information, identifying risks and supporting successful project delivery.
About You
Proven experience in a Design Management role within a main contractor environment (UK or Ireland)
Strong understanding of construction processes and design coordination
Commercial awareness and ability to challenge design development against budget constraints
