Planner – RC Frame Leading Contractor (UK)

Location: London

The Role:

As a Planner, you will play a key role in project planning, programming, and progress monitoring to ensure successful delivery of our RC Frame and Groundworks projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and manage construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Asta Powerproject (or equivalent software).
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Prepare tender and construction phase programmes.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Planner within the RC Frame / Groundworks sector.
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (or similar planning software).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
