A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre project. This is an excellent opportunity to join an already established major organisation also investing heavily in the development and progression of its people.
You’ll be working in a supportive commercial team structure, reporting into an experienced Commercial Manager and alongside an established commercial team. The company has a strong track record of promoting from within and offers clear, structured career progression.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Assisting with contract administration and risk management
- Working closely with the site and project delivery teams
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in overall project performance
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UK / Irish Construction
- Background with a main contractor (tier 1 preferred)
- Commutable to Dunstable
