We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a leading specialist contractor working on major reinforced concrete frame projects within the UK construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile stadium redevelopment scheme in Birmingham, delivering complex structural works in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out for reinforced concrete frames and structural works
  • Working closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring accuracy of all dimensional control on site
  • Interpreting technical drawings and construction information
  • Carrying out as-built surveys and QA checks
  • Supporting delivery of works to programme and specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer within RC frame / concrete structures
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
  • Previous experience on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and site coordination skills
  • Must hold the right to work in the UK
