A well established and growing main contractor operating across London and the Home Counties is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a technically challenging residential scheme in St Albans. This is a long-term project, with further pipeline work secured in the region.
This contractor delivers a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, education and public sectors, working with both private and public clients and building a strong reputation for quality and repeat business.
The Role
You will take ownership of a residential led development in a central St Albans location, consisting of:
