A leading main contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a major long-term project in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale, multi-phase development, offering strong career progression and exposure to a high-profile scheme.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a major technology campus development in Bristol, delivering a large, complex, multi-phase scheme. The project includes extensive infrastructure, high-quality public realm works, and a range of specialist buildings, providing exposure to a diverse and technically interesting scope of works. With a long-term pipeline on site, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a flagship development from early stages through to completion.
Reporting to the Site/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with subcontractors and design teams
- Monitoring quality control and conducting site checks
- Supporting delivery of the construction programme
- Acting as a key technical point of contact on site
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Site Engineer
- Experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong setting out and technical ability
- Good understanding of construction processes and H&S
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction
- Full driving licence
