Our client is an internationally-acclaimed company providing the highest standards of quantity surveying, project management and consultancy services to the global construction industry. They have offices in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Middle East, North America and the Caribbean servicing clients in 150 cities over 40 countries.

Following their continued success, they have an urgent requirement for a Cost Manager to join their UK operations based in their Central London office. As a Cost Manager you will be responsible for providing an array of cost management services on projects that will include urban regeneration, commercial, fit out, retail, hotel and leisure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years’ experience with a PQS company with a strong background in cost management, estimating, tender evaluations and be driven to deliver a high level of service to their Clients. A BSc level qualification and major building project experience is essential. MRICS (Chartership) is desirable.
