Our client is a leading main contractor based in Central London, committed to successfully delivering some of the UK’s most effective solutions & commercially valued engineered buildings. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience to drive the projects through to completion.
As the Project Manager, you will ideally have:
- 4+ years Project Management experience, preferably with MRICS or MAPM
- A proven track record of working on Residential or commercial projects
- Client facing, well presented and articulate
- A Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
- At least 4 years experience as a construction Project Manager
- Sound knowledge of the Project Management process
The Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget. The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist project delivery services and have contact with the client up to MD level.
