Contracts Manager (Building Main Contractor)

Our client are a leading medium-sized main contractor (t/o circa £40m) who specialise in new build developments in the social housing, education and healthcare sectors.

Working as part of the senior management team the Contracts Manager role would have a high degree of autonomy and a fantastic opportunity to progress in the coming years.

You will be working between the office and site working closely with the site management, quantity surveying and estimating teams. You will be the senior member of the delivery team carrying out contracts management duties across both pre and post contract stages of the projects.

You will be Degree qualified with similar work experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with a main contractor or large relevant specialist sub-contractor. You will also be fully I.T. literate, be up to date on the relevant building regulations, and be comfortable working with Quality Management systems.
