We are looking for a compassionate individual to join a dedicated team supporting a young man in his own home. This is a truly rewarding role where you can have a positive impact on someone's life every single day. This role involves supporting someone with Global Development Delay, Tracheostomy, PEG feeding and Catheter. They are a young adult and need someone who can go the extra mile to make a real difference to him and his family. He enjoys sensory activities and has a newly built sensory room, enjoys going for walks and being outdoors in the family garden. If you are social and have the ability to build a rapport and enhance this family's quality of life then this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Supporting With:
- Tracheostomy care
- Catheter care
- PEG feeding
- Personal care and other day-to-day living tasks
