What you’ll do:
Working in the family home of a young adult you will make a real difference in providing care and support throughout the night. Our client is a wheelchair user with spinal muscular atrophy and uses a ventilator at night. He enjoys playing computer games, watching TV and likes to go bowling and to the cinema. This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional. There is a pet dog in the home so animal lovers are welcome to apply.
The key tasks with this role include:
- Personal care
- Support airway through the night
- Ventilator management
- Repositioning wheelchair

The successful candidate will ideally have some care experience. We do provide full nurse led training so this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a complex care assistant and be a part of a team that makes a real difference.
