Event Production Assistant

The Event Production Assistant will assist with the effective, efficient planning and delivery of events across entertainment and business sectors at ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Hall.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the role involves working with clients and internal teams to support event production planning and live event delivery. This position offers creative input within the industry and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of events.

We have one place secured on the Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) programme facilitated by Belfast Metropolitan College. This apprenticeship enables participants to earn while they learn, combining employment at ICC Belfast with part-time academic study.
