What You’ll Do
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
- Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.
Position-Specific
- Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
- Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Preferred
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
