ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Sewell, NJ. We offer a relocation package up to $10K and a student loan forgiveness program up to $24K.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behaviour-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behaviour-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioural intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

Education/Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Masters degree.
  • Active BCBA certification, required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
