What you will do:

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‐acquisition and behaviour‐reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behaviour‐analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioural intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

Education/Experience and Other Requirements:

  • Masters degree.
  • Active BCBA certification, required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
