What you will do:
- Design, implement, and monitor skillâacquisition and behaviourâreduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behaviourâanalytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioural intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
- Other typical BCBA activities.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements:
- Masters degree.
- Active BCBA certification, required.
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
- Valid driverâs license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
