The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 £ per year.

This role is part of the Corporate Technology team, which is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the bank’s transaction monitoring technology.

You will work closely with the bank’s transaction monitoring and application development teams.

The role also requires regular interaction with other business units and technology teams.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for the gathering, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements, conducting integration testing, assisting users with acceptance test scenarios and business user training.

You will elicit requirements via workshops, stakeholder interviews, scenario analysis, business process analysis, use cases, workflows, and data analysis.

This will result in clear and concise documentation including business requirement documents; functional specifications; data dictionaries; training guides and test scenarios.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, the development team and QA team to successfully deliver business change on a regular release cadence.

  • What you’ll need to be successful
  • Great knowledge of trade, order and quote lifecycles.
  • Experience of implementing transaction monitoring technology e. g. Market Abuse surveillance, AML payment and trade surveillance.
  • Demonstrable evidence of working with data feeds and transaction monitoring models.
  • Experience of software development life cycle.
  • Superb communication skills alongside the use of productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Co-Pilot Web (or similar AI experience).
  • Confident in data handling especially SQL Server databases, FIX, XML, flat files.
  • You have great attention to detail with a pro-active delivery focussed mindset.
