We are looking for a highly motivated lawyer specialising in derivatives and securities financing transactions. The role involves providing legal support for a wide range of issues arising from derivatives and securities financing transactions, including both structured and flow transactions, and involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documentation for different product types across a broad range of asset classes and underliers such as FX, rates, commodity, and credit-linked OTC derivatives, FX and credit-linked notes, repo and reverse repo transactions as well as documentation for the distribution of related risks, such as participation agreements and credit insurance.
It will also include reviewing and negotiating documentation with nostro banks, custodians and other service providers, and advising on matters relating to electronic trading platforms. The lawyer in this role will also be required to advise on the practical impact of new regulations on the.
