This is a great opportunity to join our Regulation team as an Investigations Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting our team and processing complaints in line with ICAS’ Investigation Regulations. You'll support the Director of Investigations and the wider team with key administrative tasks.

Are you an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and exceptional organisational skills, a team player who has a proactive problem-solving mindset, professional with a meticulous eye for detail? Ideally, you’ll have experience in professional regulation or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complaints as a Case Officer or support the appointed Case Officer.
  • Manage and report on the ‘Review Panel’ process.
  • Prepare agendas and reports for Investigation Committee meetings.
  • Handle applications for ICAS Membership retention and re-instatement.
  • Provide support to the Director of Investigations and team, including handling enquiries and preparing statistical information.
  • Manage digital content on the ICAS website.
