Join the AI and Data Revolution at ICAS. At ICAS, our data ambition is bold: to transform how students learn, how members develop, and how decisions are made whether that’s supporting people with AI‑powered tools or enabling decisions at scale through intelligence‑driven systems. We are building an AI‑native team to deliver real impact, embedding insight into everyday workflows, scaling automation, and unlocking the potential of generative and predictive AI. This is your chance to be part of a modern, outcome‑focused transformation that combines people and AI to drive the future of professional education and membership services.

This role sits at the heart of ICAS's ambition to scale insight, automation, and AI‑powered decision‑making. As a Senior AI & Data Analyst, you’ll shape and deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions working across the full lifecycle from discovery and modelling through to insight delivery and optimisation. You’ll partner with colleagues across the organisation to understand business challenges and transform them into meaningful, AI‑enabled solutions. Whether building trusted data models, designing insights dashboards, or embedding genAI into everyday workflows, you’ll play a key role in improving data quality, enabling self‑service analytics, and ensuring insights drive real impact. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving user experience, and advancing the organisation’s data maturity.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with curiosity, creativity, and user empathy. You’ll be comfortable working with modern data platforms, analytics engineering practices, and business intelligence tools, and you’ll enjoy engaging with stakeholders to bring data stories to life. You’ll thrive in an environment where learning, iteration, and collaboration are essential and where AI and automation are used to make insight more accessible and actionable.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’ll bring a blend of technical experience and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, meaningful stories for non‑technical colleagues.
  • You enjoy working with people as much as working with data, and you feel comfortable collaborating across teams to create solutions that are both practical and impactful.
  • Technical confidence: Experience delivering full‑stack analytics solutions – from data modelling to reporting and insight storytelling. Familiarity with cloud data platforms, modern analytics engineering, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL modelling or dbt.
  • AI & automation mindset: Interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance insight delivery or streamline processes. Ability to build lightweight automations or apps using low/no‑code tools or Python.
  • Collaboration & communication: Confidence engaging with stakeholders to understand challenges and shape useful, user‑friendly analytics solutions. Skill in communicating findings clearly and accessibly, whether to senior leaders or colleagues without technical backgrounds.
  • Ways of working: A continuous learning mindset, with enthusiasm for testing new tools and improving how insights are delivered. Comfort working iteratively and contributing to collaborative, cross‑functional environments.

ICAS places equality, diversity, and inclusion at the heart of all that we do. With our partner organisations, we are committed to building a diverse membership and workforce that is beneficial for all, and that enables our communities to learn, grow and advance together.
