This is a pivotal executive leadership role at the heart of our organisation's future. As Executive Director of Engagement, you will shape and lead the strategic direction of our brand, growth and engagement agenda, across all our audiences including candidates, students, members and firms - strengthening our influence, relevance, value and long-term financial sustainability.

You will work closely with the CEO and wider Executive Team on how we position ourselves in the market, how we communicate our value, and how we drive long term sustainability through meaningful impact, insight led strategy and external influence.

We are looking for a highly credible, confident and experienced executive leader who brings strategic clarity, innovation, a high level of commercial focus and the ability to operate effectively at the highest levels. Someone who can navigate complexity, guide teams through change, and communicate with authority and impact. You will be adept at shaping organisational direction and aligning people behind it, ensuring delivery of required outcomes.

You will bring senior level expertise in shaping organisational strategy across brand, marketing, communications and growth. You understand how to use insights, evidence and market opportunities to drive results, and you are skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and industry leaders. You are an inclusive, forward-thinking leader who can energise teams and embed a culture of impact, innovation and collaboration.

The job is based at our Head Office in CA House, Haymarket, Edinburgh.
