We are actively recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers to join our team, supporting essential drainage and environmental services. This is more than just a driving role — it’s a pathway into a specialised career as a Drainage Engineer. No experience in drainage or utilities is required. If you hold a valid HGV 2 licence and can pass a basic driving assessment, you’ll receive full training and support from day one.
Opportunity and Schedule
As a future HGV Class 2 driver in the welfare department, you’ll be working full-time on 4 On - 4 Off day shifts, with pay starting from £17 per hour to £19 per hour depending on the day. You will have the opportunity to gain further qualifications such as High Power Jetting Certificate and Working in Confined Spaces Certificate, ensuring safety and quality in a clear and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Drive HGV Class 2 vehicle and support drainage and environmental services.
- Receive full training and ongoing support from day one.
