1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across all supported living sites.

  • Lead and support Registered Managers or Service Managers.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all services comply with CQC regulations , health & safety, safeguarding, and internal policies.
  • Prepare for and respond to CQC inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement using feedback, audits, and data.

3. Strategic Planning & Development

  • Develop and implement service expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate service outcomes.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

4. Staff Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support operational teams, including managers and team leads.
  • Oversee recruitment, induction, and professional development.
