Mendell Court, Bromborough , our Assisted Living service.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support during the night, helping people feel safe, comfortable and reassured in their own homes while promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Shift

Pattern: 9:30pm to 8:00am.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a

Waking Night Carer at Mendell Court, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the people we support throughout the night.

  • Providing reassurance and emotional support during the night.
  • Supporting individuals with personal care in a dignified and respectful manner.
  • Assisting with bedtime and morning routines where required.
  • Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training.
  • Conducting regular welfare and safety checks.
  • Responding promptly to calls for assistance and support needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and handovers for day staff.
  • Promoting independence, choice and person-centered support.
  • Ensuring the environment remains safe, clean and comfortable throughout the night.
  • Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with the people we support.

Most importantly, you'll provide peace of mind and support that helps individuals feel secure in their homes.
