Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) - Thornton FY5

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm

What You Will Do

  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) while maintaining dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living: Help with meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and wellbeing.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies related to privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve services.
