What You Will Do
- Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) while maintaining dignity and comfort.
- Support Daily Living: Help with meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
- Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
- Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety and wellbeing.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies related to privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to improve services.
