Shifts: 07:00-13:00, 07:00-16:00, or 16:00-22:00
Set days of work on a two-week rolling rota, including one weekend day
£13.45 - £13.70 per hour | Weekly Pay

About the Role
We are looking for a caring and committed Support Worker to join our Supported Living service at Geldof Drive, Blackpool.
Based in a welcoming bungalow, you'll support four male adults to lead independent and fulfilling lives. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll build positive relationships, encourage personal development, and make a genuine difference to people's daily lives.
Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting people with personal care in a respectful and dignified way
- Taking part in one-to-one activities and supporting hobbies and interests
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking and household duties
- Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
- Supporting access to community activities and appointments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and keeping accurate records

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
