Essential Criteria
- Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of WA9 3EZ
- Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
- Work-related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties and weekends
- Willingness to provide emergency hands-on care when required
- Satisfactory DBS and employment checks
