ICare Group is currently recruiting Home Care Assistants (Drivers) to support clients in their own homes across the community.

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Supporting daily routines (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Carrying out wellbeing checks
  • Working in line with care plans and company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle (required)
  • Kind, reliable and caring nature
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends)
  • Previous care experience is helpful, but full training is provided
