We're looking for experienced, caring and compassionate Female Home Care Assistants to join our Home Care team supporting people across Runcorn and surrounding areas.

What You'll Receive

• Flexible hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

Important Information Before You Apply

• Be female (permitted under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal care needs of female service users)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Have previous UK care experience
• Have a valid right to work in the UK
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Following care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support.
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care.
• Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community.
