- Important Information Before You Apply
- Have previous management experience within domiciliary care
- Hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum
- Have, be working towards, or be willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Have both domiciliary and extra care experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Hold or be willing to obtain work-related business insurance
- Be available for on-call duties and occasional weekend working when required
- Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

What Will You Be Doing?
As a
Registered Care Manager , you'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-quality domiciliary care service, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support and creating a positive environment for your team.
No two days are the same, but your role may include
- Holding CQC registration and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Leading, motivating and developing care and office-based teams
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff
- Creating and managing staffing rotas to ensure effective service delivery
- Building strong relationships with commissioners, service users, families and healthcare professionals
- Monitoring service quality through audits, reviews and spot checks
- Investigating complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns when required
- Managing branch performance and identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Ensuring policies, procedures and health & safety requirements are implemented effectively
- Participating in the on-call rota and providing operational support when needed Delivering emergency hands-on care in exceptional circumstances
