11-Hour Day & Night Shifts on a Rota Basis

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Support Worker, you'll support individuals within our Assisted Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
  • Supporting people with everyday living activities and routines
  • Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
  • Carrying out wellbeing and welfare checks
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting people living with dementia and other health conditions
  • Promoting independence, confidence and person-centred support
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
  • Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and health & safety requirements
  • Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with residents and their families

  • Living locally to Netherton, Sefton (L30) or within a reasonable travelling distance

You’ll also need:

  • Previous experience supporting elderly individuals
  • Experience supporting people living with dementia and other health conditions
  • A calm, patient and empathetic approach
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
