Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible shifts between Monday-Sunday 7am‑10pm

Locations: Higher Blackley, Crumpsall, Cheetham, Charlestown, Harpurhey, Moston, Miles Platting and Newton Heath, Clayton and Openshaw, Ancoats and Beswick

Requirements: Applicant must hold full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide personal care: assisted bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting while maintaining dignity.
  • Support daily living: help with meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping.
  • Offer companionship: emotional support to reduce isolation.
  • Conduct wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Adhere to company policies on privacy, health & safety, and care standards.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in care (preferred) but passion for helping essential.
  • Positive attitude: friendly and supportive demeanour.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedule including weekends.
  • Diligence in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks.
  • Valid driver’s licence, clean record and reliable vehicle.
  • Work‑related car insurance and Class 1 Business Insurance willing or hold.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Own vehicle.
