Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)
Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible shifts between Monday-Sunday 7am‑10pm
Locations: Higher Blackley, Crumpsall, Cheetham, Charlestown, Harpurhey, Moston, Miles Platting and Newton Heath, Clayton and Openshaw, Ancoats and Beswick
Requirements: Applicant must hold full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.

What You Will Do:
- Provide personal care: assisted bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting while maintaining dignity.
- Support daily living: help with meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping.
- Offer companionship: emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Conduct wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort.
- Adhere to company policies on privacy, health & safety, and care standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in care (preferred) but passion for helping essential.
- Positive attitude: friendly and supportive demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
- Flexibility to work varied schedule including weekends.
- Diligence in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks.
- Valid driver’s licence, clean record and reliable vehicle.
- Work‑related car insurance and Class 1 Business Insurance willing or hold.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Weekend availability.
- Own vehicle.
