Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)

Shift Availability: Zero‑Hour Contract – Flexible shifts available, Monday to Sunday, 7am – 10pm.

Locations: Higher Blackley, Crumpsall, Cheetham, Charlestown, Harpurhey, Moston, Miles Platting, Newton Heath, Clayton, Openshaw, Ancoats, Beswick.

Key Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to a vehicle.

Schedule & Pay:

Zero‑Hour Contract – work shifts that suit your availability. Weekly pay at most sites. Contributions to a stakeholder pension plan.

What You Will Do:

• Provide personal care: assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting while maintaining dignity.
• Support daily living: help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and shopping.
• Offer companionship: emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Conduct wellbeing checks to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on privacy, health and safety and care standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous care experience preferred; passion for helping others essential.
• Positive, friendly and supportive demeanour.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Diligence in managing care tasks and wellbeing checks.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain work‑related car insurance.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Availability on weekends.
• Vehicle ownership and readiness to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if required.
