Position: Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care - DRIVERS REQUIRED)

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm

Areas Available: Burntwood, Hednesford, Rugeley, Penkridge, Great Wryley, Cheslyn Hay, Bloxwich

What You Will Do

  • Provide Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living: Help with meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Ensure safety, comfort, and needs are met.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas.
  • Hold or Willing to Obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
