Position: Office Administrator (3 Months Temp Contract) – Immediate Start

Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm

What You will Do:

  • Support and assist the work of the Meals Office Team.
  • Complete general administrative duties: responding to emails, answering the telephone, taking messages as required, placing internet orders, printing meal round sheets, packing meals, and cleaning equipment.
  • Carry out home visits to new customers before they begin the service: introduce the service, discuss payment methods, assist with form completion and menu choices, and complete the home address risk assessments.
  • Assist with general administration and Health and Safety of the Unit – involves stock control and planning, cash reconciliation, providing support and information to clients and staff.
  • Occasional cooking or cleaning duties as required.

What We are Looking For:

  • Administration Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administration role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is preferred.
  • IT Proficiency: Confident skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive demeanour with a genuine passion for assisting those in need.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, particularly during wellbeing calls, and to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborator: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and support your colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to the varying needs of our clients.
  • Diligence: Ensure that all deliveries and wellbeing calls are managed with care and professionalism.
  • Work Related Car Insurance: Hold or willing to obtain work related car insurance.
  • Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
