Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract - 10:30 to 14:30 - Working Saturday and Sunday

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Nutritious Meals: Safely and punctually deliver meals to our clients' homes, ensuring each delivery meets our high standards for quality and service.
  • Conduct Well‑being Calls: Make regular wellbeing calls to check on clients, ensuring their safety and addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
  • Provide Friendly Service: Offer a warm, compassionate, and professional demeanour during all client interactions, making each delivery and call a positive experience.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including those related to client privacy, health and safety, and food hygiene.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance our service offerings and delivery processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but a passion for helping others is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly, supportive demeanour with a genuine passion for assisting those in need.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, particularly during wellbeing calls, and to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborator: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and support your colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to the varying needs of our clients.
  • Diligence: Ensure that all deliveries and wellbeing calls are managed with care and professionalism.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Work-Related Car Insurance: Hold or willing to obtain work-related car insurance.
  • Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
  • Weekend Availability: Ability to work on weekends as required.
  • Vehicle: Own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance.
