What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Support Worker at Mendell Court, you'll be supporting individuals within our Assisted Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

  • Supporting people with everyday living activities and routines
  • Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
  • Promoting wellbeing, dignity, choice and person-centred support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and healthy eating
  • Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
  • Helping individuals access local community activities and services
  • Supporting attendance at appointments and social activities
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
  • Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with the people we support
