iCapital is seeking an Associate for the Asset Manager Solutions EMEA team, based in London, to contribute to the development and execution of iCapital’s global strategy in EMEA. The Associate will support the Asset Manager Solutions EMEA team in building and managing relationships with leading alternative asset managers. The role focuses on supporting the onboarding, structuring, and distribution of private market funds on the iCapital platform, working closely with senior coverage professionals and cross‑functional internal teams. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior relationship managers in covering and servicing private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers across EMEA.
- Assist with the structuring and launch of investment products for distribution through iCapital’s platform, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform to execute fund onboarding and launches.
- Prepare presentations and client meeting materials, internal memos, and meeting notes.
- Manage execution timelines, deliverables, and internal approval processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on private markets products and trends.
- Support business acquisition and ongoing client relationship management and respond to fund‑and product‑related inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong interest in alternative investments and private markets.
- Understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional qualifications a plus.
