Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize Workday Financials and related ERP systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Architect and manage integrations across platforms (Salesforce / Mulesoft / event‑driven APIs), delivering secure, scalable solutions.
- Drive governance and process excellence across General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls, maintaining rigorous standards of financial integrity and risk management.
- Partner with business leaders to align system capabilities with evolving corporate strategy and operational needs.
- Identify and implement automation and AI‑driven enhancements to improve efficiency, reporting, and scalability.
